First of all, the staff were extremely helpful. One in particular, he's called Mustafa, he really went above and beyond to ensure all three of us were comfortable. He even made us croissants on the departure day so we can have a snack to go with. Directed us to all the nice places to go to, talked to taxi guys because we couldn't speak French, etc. The fact that we were from Africa just like him, made him ensure that we felt at home and we did! The room was very comfortable, about 4 minutes walk to metro station and with a big variety of restaurants and supermarkets just outside. It was wonderful indeed.

Our choice was definitely value for money if we consider the fact that the location was perfect for us to go to the city center by metro(2 minutes by walking from the hotel there is a metro station). The staff was really friendly and whenever we needed an advice or recommendation about the city they were open for discussion. Also the cleaning ladies were really friendly.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I really liked the cold water (also sparkling) on tab as well as access to the coffee machine free of charge, The room was comfortable with a comfy bed and nice working area. There are several nice restaurants within 50 meters from the hotel and the station is 10 minutes away.. so very convenient.

Very convenient for Gare de Lyon. Comfortable and welcoming, with some nice touches like free coffee in the afternoons and evenings, and a chilled water refill point. A lift up to the bedrooms made it easy with the luggage. Lots of places to eat nearby - we went to the one across the road. Good choice of breakfast items. A very handy overnight stop for passing through Paris - we would stay here again.

The location is great, just few minutes from Gare de Lyon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the tapped cold water and coffee available during the whole day. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and even though the room was smaller, it was a great value for the money. Breakfast was also good.

Nice budget hotel. Rooms are small but well designed and new. The location was nicer than I expected. Check in was easy, staff was nice. All in all nice and a good value for the price.

I was very surprised by my room at the Ibis Gare de Lyon. The room was larger than I expected and, although basic, it was beautiful, bright, new and very comfortable. The bathroom was also large enough and comfortable. Great beds. The window was openable, which was very welcome. There was also a sofa in the room, which made it even more comfortable and pleasant. Helpful, pleasant staff at checkin and checkout.

5 minutes walk from Gare de lyon station. Metro station is also conveniently located just a 1-minute walk away. I could always get a soft drink at the first floor, so there was no need to look for a supermarket when I came back to the hotel in the middle of the night. The rooms seemed a bit larger than other Ibis. Breakfast is stable quality by Ibis.

We arrived a few hours before the check-in, but even that the room was ready for us, which was a great surprise after the long journey. The localisation is really good, next to the metro 1 station, with which you can travel till La Defence via places like Luwr, Champes Elyseys and Arc de Triumph. The hotel is near 2 shops and 1 with souvenirs. The staff was nice and polite speaks english. I recommend staying at this hotel.
