First of all, the staff were extremely helpful. One in particular, he's called Mustafa, he really went above and beyond to ensure all three of us were comfortable. He even made us croissants on the departure day so we can have a snack to go with. Directed us to all the nice places to go to, talked to taxi guys because we couldn't speak French, etc. The fact that we were from Africa just like him, made him ensure that we felt at home and we did! The room was very comfortable, about 4 minutes walk to metro station and with a big variety of restaurants and supermarkets just outside. It was wonderful indeed.

We arrived a few hours before the check-in, but even that the room was ready for us, which was a great surprise after the long journey. The localisation is really good, next to the metro 1 station, with which you can travel till La Defence via places like Luwr, Champes Elyseys and Arc de Triumph. The hotel is near 2 shops and 1 with souvenirs. The staff was nice and polite speaks english. I recommend staying at this hotel.

The bathroom was also large enough and comfortable. Great beds. The window was openable, which was very welcome. There was also a sofa in the room, which made it even more comfortable and pleasant. Helpful, pleasant staff at checkin and checkout.

A lift up to the bedrooms made it easy with the luggage. Lots of places to eat nearby - we went to the one across the road. Good choice of breakfast items. A very handy overnight stop for passing through Paris - we would stay here again.
